1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BytNexo Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description

BytNexo Studio provides web development, design, and digital services including but not limited to:

• • E-commerce Solutions
• • WordPress Custom Development
• • Website Maintenance and Management
• • Digital Consulting Services

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• • Make timely payments as per agreed payment schedule
• • Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• • Ensure you have legal rights to all materials provided for use in your project

4. Payment Terms

• • Projects require an initial deposit before work commences
• • Balance payments are due as per the agreed milestone schedule
• • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final delivered work, excluding:

• • Third-party components, fonts, or libraries with their own licensing
• • BytNexo Studio's proprietary frameworks and methodologies
• • Source code and development tools used in the creation process

6. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• • Client response times and feedback delays
• • Scope changes or additional feature requests
• • Technical complexities or third-party dependencies
• • Unforeseen events beyond our control

7. Revisions and Change Requests

• • Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds
• • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• • Major scope changes require a formal change request and may affect timeline and cost

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party. This includes business strategies, technical information, and project details.

9. Limitation of Liability

BytNexo Studio's total liability to clients shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• • Third-party actions or service failures

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• • Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• • BytNexo Studio delivers all completed work to date
• • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch maintenance and support are available through separate maintenance agreements. Basic support includes:

• • Bug fixes and technical issues for 30 days post-launch
• • Guidance on content management system usage
• • Ongoing maintenance available through monthly plans

13. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways). Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with these third-party terms and conditions.

14. Changes to Terms

BytNexo Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
